Eons and eons later ... an update!

Wow, everyone … you know how slammed I’ve been, so I feel I should only apologize SO much for being this tardy with an update.

And since I am typing this on the fly, I will give you a sampling of my 2 fave lifts from the last week … in a rather train of thought manner. Haha, have fun deciphering. :)

fave day 1

8 x 68kg kettlebell negative deadlifts

18kg double racked front squats

20 18kg swings (power stance)

30 seconds pull ups

8 x 16kg kettlebell x2 SL RDLs each leg

repeat 5x

fave day 2

an hour doing lots of 16kg bottoms up KB work for balance and stability

eg: swing, snatch, rack, curtsey lunge 2x each side, sit down on floor, stand up press, reset

made it all up as I went along and was brutal, fun and challenging!
