40kg (x2 so 80kg total) KB sumo deadlifts 5 x 7

rest 3 min

5 rounds of the following three part agility routine w/ 3 min rest in between:

1.

push 25# loaded to 5yd line run backwards - facing sled - to start line

pivot

run backwards - facing start line - towards sled

pivot 

explosively push sled forward

25 yards total

 

2.

10 burpees

push sled back to start line (low bar)
