25 yards walking sled lunges w. 45 lb plate 

sprint 25 yds & back 5 x (250 yds total)

push sled to start 

repeat 5x

 

 

30 calorie airdyne bike sprints x 4 with 30 seconds rest in between

 

... then, after trainer ...

4 mile run @ 7.5 (lol - couldn't help myself!) 

8 mins of abs
